Your interests, not ours
We find what you already love, or want to try, and build access around that.
The work of getting out, and the support that makes it possible. Your interests, your pace, your community.

Community access is help finding what you'd love to be doing, and the steady support to actually do it. Whether that's a swim, a class, a coffee, or volunteering, we help you find it, get there, and stay involved.
We don't run a 'program'. We run alongside your real life: the things you'd already love to do, if the practical stuff weren't in the way.
We find what you already love, or want to try, and build access around that.
The same support worker each week. They learn what you like.
We get you there and back. No anxious gaps.
Not a 'group activity'. A book club, a parkrun, a knitting circle. The kind people actually go to.
We talk about what you'd love to be doing more of.
Two or three things to try in the first month.
Someone who shares your vibe. That part matters.
Weekly outings, regular check-ins, and a steady widening of your world.
